Nationally, she serves as the Chair of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Hematology Longitudinal Knowledge Assessment Approval Committee, the Chair of the American Society of Hematology (ASH) Subcommittee on Stewardship and Systems-Based Hematology, and the Education Officer for the Hemostasis and Thrombosis Research Society (HTRS). She also serves on the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation (NBDF) Medical and Scientific Advisory Council (MASAC) and on the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Cancer-Associated Venous Thromboembolic Disease Panel.
