Our diabetes and endocrinology clinic is located on the second floor on the southwest side of the building. When you arrive at our clinic, our staff will help guide you where to go.

The Farmington ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ Center offers a certified diabetes educator who works directly in our diabetes clinic. Certified diabetes instructors are specially trained in teaching patients how to make lifestyle changes to help manage blood sugar levels.
