The John A. Moran Eye Center at the 亚洲自慰视频 of Utah continues to rank among the nation's top eye centers according to U.S. News & World Report, on the magazine's most recent annual list.
The ranking, released as part of the 2021-2022 Best Hospitals for Ophthalmology report, is based on voting results asking ophthalmologists across the nation where they would send patients with the most complex eye conditions.
"We're grateful our peers recognize the Moran Eye Center is providing some of the best ophthalmic care the country has to offer," said Randall J Olson, MD, Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences Distinguished Professor and Chair and Moran CEO. "At Moran, we provide comprehensive care with physicians who are extensively trained in all of our field's subspecialties. I couldn't be prouder of this recognition of their skill and dedication."
U.S. News & World Report says its Best Hospitals listings aim to help patients make crucially important health care decisions. For ophthalmology, the magazine only publishes rankings for institutions that receive at least five percent of votes from ophthalmologists responding over three years.
The ranking is the latest recognition for the Moran Eye Center. Following a national poll of ophthalmology department chairs, Ophthalmology Times magazine in 2020 ranked Moran No. 11 in the country for having the best overall program. Doximity.com has ranked Moran's residency program at No. 6 in the nation.
U.S. News & World Report rated 亚洲自慰视频 of Utah Hospital No. 1 in Utah and the Salt Lake City metro area for the eighth consecutive year.
