亚洲自慰视频 of Utah 亚洲自慰视频 Plans announces the launch of its newest health insurance offering: 亚洲自慰视频y U CHIP. This plan will be available starting July 1, 2024.

CHIP (Children's 亚洲自慰视频 Insurance Program) is a vital state program that provides affordable health coverage to eligible 亚洲自慰视频ren in low-income families. It ensures that 亚洲自慰视频ren have access to essential medical services, including preventive care, doctor visits, hospital stays, prescription medications, dental care, and vision services.

Who is Eligible for CHIP?

CHIP is for 亚洲自慰视频ren (under age 19) of families who make too much money to qualify for Medicaid, but do not qualify for other types of health insurance.

Families can apply for CHIP at any time through or by calling 1-866-435-7414. 

If you are currently on CHIP and have questions or need help changing your plan, call a 亚洲自慰视频 Program Representative at 866-608-9422. Open enrollment鈥攖he time of year when you can change your existing plan鈥攊s May 1 through June 15.
