We'll help stabilize the crisis you're experiencing, take time to understand the underlying causes of your crisis, and connect you to longer term care options.

What to expect when you arrive
Upon arrival, a team of caring providers will assess your unique and personal situation. They will thoughtfully guide you through a series of questions related to what brought you in, ask about your current mental health concerns, and explore additional factors that may be impacting your health. The assessment lasts approximately 20-40 minutes.
Next, they will use the information gathered in your assessment to define a clear, actionable treatment plan specific to your situation. The treatment plan will consist of both what needs to be done immediately to stabilize your crisis and next steps to effectively treat your mental health concerns, like connecting you with inpatient or outpatient services as well as onsite community resources to support your journey.
How much will my crisis care cost?
We provide crisis stabilization to any adult regardless of their ability to pay; there is no bill for these emergency stabilization services. Other outpatient and inpatient services at the Crisis Care Center operate on standard insurance and patient billing models and you may receive a bill. We offer on-site financial counseling to connect patients to eligible insurance coverage and help them navigate payment plans for these other services.
