- Eating well
- Stress management
- Thoughtful movement
- Omission of risky behaviors and substances
- Restful sleep
- Engagement with others
Our goal in the ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ program is to reduce your joint pain and improve your overall health.
What to Expect at Your Appointment
You’ll have a two-hour shared medical visit each week for six weeks with the following:
- Physician
- Registered dietitian
- ÑÇÖÞ×ÔοÊÓƵ coach
- Other experts in the medical community
You will have a follow-up visit at nine weeks and again at three months.
Although your visit will take place in a shared setting, you will have individualized medical care throughout the program and recommendations will be tailored to your specific needs. All sessions will be billed through insurance as a medical visit and a physician is present at every session.
